MBS Architects & Associates Inc., wishes to become a leading architectural design services in Cambodia, which provide the standard design package including of all required disciplines such as Architectural & Interior Design, Structural Design, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electric Power and Lighting) for all kind of architecture aspects from initial site analysis and building survey (existing or heritage building) through to the on-site supervision, especially the Tower design.

More than half our projects involve modifications to existing buildings. We are familiar with historic materials and construction techniques, and can offer and specify newer materials that are compatible with the existing architecture. The key in remodeling is to integrate the new with the old to “create flow”. You will throw your money away with a poorly designed renovation. The short term expense of professional input can save money in the long run.

From inception to completion, we plan, execute, and control projects backed by proactive planning and first-hand knowledge of contract terms, client objectives, responsibilities, and capabilities. Project budgets are continuously monitored to secure budget and contract compliance. Adept technical and human resources are pooled to forge effective project organization structures.

Can you do what you want, where you want to, for the money you have to spend? We think about the whole picture: from zoning and other permitting, to soils conditions, as well as limitations based on costs and the anticipated challenges of actual construction.

During this phase of the architectural design process, MBS Architects will take the information we’ve gathered from you and through our field surveys to create two to three design options for your consideration. We will generally present these options in the form of sketches, 3D Images, so you can visualize the different routes your project could take.

At this point, MBS Architects will take the schematic design you selected, as well as any requested modifications, and revise the design as necessary. We will also update the cost estimate we provided during the Schematic Design phase to reflect any changes we’ve made to the initial design. We take our clients’ budgets very seriously and continually strive to provide accurate estimates throughout the early stages of design.
